Unbelievable what people will give up these days...

A wise friend of mine once asked me how many people I thought lived in heaven. The answer: just enough to care for all the animals and after getting to know Twingle I couldn't agree with him more.
A week before bringing Twingle home, while at Kitty Kind, I said that she was the most upset cat I had ever seen over there and I meant it. Now I know that that was because she was very confused. She had always given her owner the best she had to offer and in return, after 8 years, she got put in a cage and left alone to be cared for by people she had never met. To make things worse, she missed her "owner" so much. What could we expect from her but to be upset and very, very sad?
Today, after only 5 days, she's almost forgotten all of that and is the cat that will come and greet me with the sweetest head-bumps every time I come home, that will follow me everywhere I go, the friend that keeps me company every night...

Mrs. Twingle really is a very special lady and that's all I have to say about her today.

"Can the child within my heart rise above?
Can I sail thru the changing ocean tides?
Can I handle the seasons of my life?"
I don't Know, but I know Twingle can.
